WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE

Experiencing Fear

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, bur of power and of love and of a sound mind. I Timothy 17 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father." Romans 8:15 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. I John 4:18 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1 He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you. Psalm 91:4-7 No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; For He shall give his angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways. Psalm 91:10, 11 Do not be afraid of sudden terror, Nor of trouble from the wicked when it comes; For the LORD will be your confidence, And will keep your foot from being caught. Proverbs 3:25, 26 In righteousness you shall be established; You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; And from terror, for it shall not come near you. Isaiah 54:14 In God I have put my trust; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? Psalm 56:11 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over, Psalm 23:4, 5 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: "For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter." Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:29, 31, 35-39 Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart, All you who hope in the LORD. Psalm 31:24 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27 The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, I will be confident. Psalm 27:1, 3 So we may boldly say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" Hebrews 13:6
