For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 CORINTHIANS 4:17-18 know it seems like thing are one ve has worse ng prayer getting any better, they are only getting worse ... and prayer after prayer your faith grows more weary in the waiting. Only when you compare this present moment to the glory of eternity can you see My perspective on your situation. I am doing something. It's in this storm that you're sure you won't survive where you can rest assured that Thave allowed it for purposes that go far beyond what you can understand. But if you trust Me, you will not only get through this, you will also find yourself experiencing miracles you never expected. Life is a journey of faith, preparing you for eternity. When the storms of life relentlessly rage, you must remain focused on Me in the boat ... focus on My peace. Don't allow your faith to get tossed about by the wind and the waves. Look to Me for your strength, find peace in the promises God has made to you and fix your heart and mind on the eternal hope and joy you've been promised. There will be times when you feel as though you're walking through the valley of the shadow of death, but you can rest assured that no matter how hopeless things look, I am with you ... leading you to lie down in green pastures... to rest beside still waters. FAITH THOUGHTS Are you focusing on your storm or on Jesus? Don't allow the wind and the waves of your circumstances to cast your faith into doubt. Be determined to keep your eyes on Jesus, so that you can experience His rest and His peace as you wait in his miracle in your boat.
